Pre & Post Natal Pregnancy
Mothers-to-be who regularly exercise their core muscles can expect to experience shorter labour and reduced lower back and pelvic pain. Attending regular classes throughout pregnancy will also significantly help speed up the process of getting your body back in shape after childbirth. If you suffer from pelvic floor and diastasis recti you will benefit from my programme. You can also book a private consultation on zoom with me.
Weight Loss & Nutrition
Feeding your body with good nutrients is vital for weight loss and helping your immune system stay strong to protect you from infections and viruses . As a plant based nutritionist I offer various nutritional packages and supplements that can help you lose weight, boost your immune system and clean your gut. I am also offering a FREE consultation to any of my members
Breast Cancer
The life-force of the Pink Ribbon Program is to ensure that every woman has the ability to regain a sense of wellbeing that has been lost from diagnosis through surgery and into recovery. This can be achieved, in part, through an exercise therapy programme designed specifically for the needs and challenges facing the growing number of breast cancer survivors. Rehabilitation is a key component often missing in the treatment of breast cancer.
Menopause
Pilates has been proven to increase not only physical fitness like core strength, balance, postural awareness and flexibility but also mental health which as we all know is very important during the stage of menopause to function properly and to improve your quality of life.
Well, being 50 years young and being pre-menopausal myself I am delighted to be able to share with you my personal experience. Losing weight is an important part of going through menopause and my programme is combined with nutrition! Actually, to me nutrition is a very important component before and during menopause and will also help you to live a peaceful and happy life…naturally!
Osteoporosis
Pilates is a complete body workout which builds core strength, stamina and flexibility through low impact conditioning exercises. Pilates will transform your poor posture and restore the balance to your body.
Adding to the equation proper nutrition, you are set!
Exercise that is useful for reducing the risk of heart disease will not necessarily build bone density. Swimming and cycling, for example, are excellent forms of exercise for improving the fitness and function of the heart and lungs, but these activities are not weight-bearing and do not affect bone density.
